Since 2006, under the leadership of Marie Carcassonne, we have been structuring FF&E procurement to bring hotels, restaurants, residences, and gathering spaces to life.

Our strength lies in a committed team, attentive both to details and the bigger picture—able to discuss budgets in the morning, logistics in the afternoon, and design and aesthetics in the evening. We thrive at the intersection of creative vision and the financial and operational realities of a project.

Today, we call this approach Sustainable Procurement: a method that transforms every purchase into a sustainable CAPEX investment, planned with usability, health, lifecycle, and residual value in mind.
