In just 10 months, every stage—planning, gutting, and execution—was orchestrated with precision, coordinating night-time deliveries, an elevator with limited access, and a narrow staircase to reach the restaurant perched 125 m above. Conducted with rigor and boldness, this project went on to receive worldwide acclaim.
